Nobris Healthcare was co-founded by a medical doctor and a seasoned operations strategist with a strong background in public sector leadership and information technology. Together, they recognized a growing healthcare gap in underserved communities and joined forces to provide accessible, sustainable, and impactful healthcare services. Their combined experience in clinical care, systems design, and digital innovation enables them to deliver effective and future-ready health solutions.

A practicing physician and health advocate, Dr. Paul leads the clinical direction of Nobris Healthcare. He is passionate about improving access to primary care and maternal health services, especially in underserved communities.
Engr. Ebele Rose Emeka
Co-Founder & Operations Lead
With over two decades of leadership in Nigeria’s public service and a solid foundation in information technology, Engr. Ebele brings expertise in systems development, digital strategy, and service innovation. She now channels her skills into designing operational models that make healthcare more inclusive, data-driven, and accessible — especially in low-resource settings.
Pharm. Amarachi Iloelunachi
Head of Pharmacy Services
Pharmacist Amarachi Iloelunachi brings expert pharmaceutical care to Nobris Health Care. She is responsible for managing medication safety protocols, dispensing accuracy, and drug procurement. Her professionalism and dedication support safe and effective treatment for all patients.
Barr. Winifred Uchechukwu
Client Relationship Lead & Legal Liaison
Barrister Winifred Uchechukwu plays a dual role at Nobris Health Care as the Client Relationship Lead and Legal Liaison. She manages client engagement, ensuring clear, respectful, and responsive communication throughout the care journey.
